The Collier Arborist Training Trust Fund (CATT Fund) was established with a gift from Terrill and Janet Collier. The charitable mission of the CATT Fund is to foster, promote, and support the teaching of practical applied arboriculture in the greater Portland area, the Pacific Northwest, and beyond as resources allow.
The CATT Fund honors Terrill Collier’s commitment to the arboriculture industry. Terrill was an industry leader who devoted himself to the advancement of tree research and the profession of arboriculture. A few of Terrill’s industry awards included TCIA’s most prestigious Award of Merit, ISA’s True Professional of Arboriculture, and ISA’s Honorary Life Membership Award.
