TOUR DES TREES VIRTUAL CHALLENGE TO SUPPORT TREE RESEARCH AND EDUCATION
Participate in our updated Virtual Tour des Trees at home event to get yourself into shape and support TREE Fund from home!
Participation in the Virtual Tour des Trees at home is simple and ready to fit your goals. Registration for the virtual event is $50. Once registered, all you have to do bike, walk, run, or swim hit fundraising goals by August 17, 2025.
Fitness Goals: Participants can set their own, personal fitness goals and bike, swim, walk, or run their way to their goal. The fitness tracker on your fundraising page will show everyone your progress and keep you motivated. Why not try to hit 430 total miles, the same as the distance of this year’s Tour des Trees bike ride!
Fundraising Goals: There is a tiered fundraising goal level, with levels at $430 and $1,000 raised. Participants will fundraise and, if they hit either of these levels by August 17, they will be able to claim their awards.
Awards: Participants who hit their fundraising amount of at least $430 will earn a credit for an official Tour Endurance Shirt from Voler. Participants who hit their fundraising goal of a least $1,000 will earn a credit for an official Tour XC Jersey or Endurance Air Hoodie from Voler.
To participate: Register at www.tourdestrees.org and sign up for the Virtual Tour des Trees at home. Fill out the information to create your fundraising page, connect to your fitness tracker, and get going!
Companies: Use the Virtual Tour des Trees at home as an office team building exercise!

Students: Take part in the Virtual Tour des Trees and earn prizes with reduced fundraising goals! Currently enrolled students (college, trade school, high school) are able to hit half the fundraising tiers to earn prizes. Register for the Virtual event and contact Jonathan at jcain@treefund.org to get set up. Get your whole class to set a goal!
Awards: All the participants that have hit their fundraising goal tiers will be sent a link to order their award from Voler and their shirt will be mailed to them directly after the order deadline. (Apparel must be ordered by August 23.)
Note: If you register for the Virtual Tour des Trees at home and do not complete your fundraising, you will not be eligible for a prize. There are no additional fundraising minimums to participate in this challenge. Your registration fee does not count towards your fundraising efforts.
Get your group together! Need some motivation to get in your miles? Get your friends together, have everyone sign up for the Virtual Tour des Trees at home and organize rides, walks, jogs, or swims together. This way, you can help each other hit your goals and have company while you go!
