TREE Fund was established in 2002 via a merger of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA)
Research Trust and the National Arborist Foundation of the National Arborist Association (now Tree Care Industry Association). TREE Fund works very closely with ISA so that the research we fund gets into the hands of arborists that need it.
Below are some links to help you navigate ISA‘s website regarding certifications and Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).
TREE Fund’s free Webinar Series features researchers that have received TREE Fund grant funding and free CEUs are available during most webinars when viewed live. See page link for schedule and registration.
- ISA supports TREE Fund by donating a part of their membership fees back to TREE Fund to help us fund the research arborists need. For information on ISA membership, visit their Membership page.
- ISA offers certification credentials for arborists. For information on each of these, visit the ISA Credentials page.
- Certified Arborists must fulfil CEU requirements to maintain their certification. For information on recording and maintaining your certification with CEUs, visit the ISA Maintaining Credentials page.
- Each ISA Chapter has a volunteer that serves as a liaison for TREE Fund, communicating information and organizing fundraisers. To see your chapter’s liaison, see TREE Fund’s Our Team page. To get involved with your local chapter, visit ISA’s Our Network page.
- Not an arborist but looking for one? Visit ISA’s public education page, www.treearegood.org.
