2011 ISA International Conference Roundup

The TREE Fund team enjoyed connecting with old friends and new at the 2011 ISA Conference. Our thanks to everyone who made this year’s event a success, from sponsors to volunteers.

Special thanks to the Australian Chapter of ISA for hosting an auction that benefited the TREE Fund and the Arboriculture Australia Trauma Fund. This event featured live and silent auction bidding and a split-the-pot raffle. Proceeds will help us continue to fund the research that sustains the world’s urban forests.

While this year’s conference offered plenty of opportunities for networking and professional development, it also included time to relax and enjoy the Sydney area. We’re already looking forward to next year’s ISA conference, to be held August 11-15 in Portland, Oregon, USA.
