ISA Announces New Editor-in-Chief for Arboriculture & Urban Forestry
This announcement was originally published in the November 2014 issue of ISA Today:
ISA is pleased to announce that Arboriculture & Urban Forestry will have a new Editor-in-Chief beginning with the January 2015 issue. After six years of dedicated service, Dr. Gary Watson is passing the torch to Dr. Jason Grabosky. We are grateful for the high level of professionalism and integrity that Dr. Watson has brought in leading the journal’s excellent team of associate editors during his tenure. As Head of Research at the Morton Arboretum (Lisle, Illinois, US), he continues to be a leading light in the field of arboriculture.
Dr. Grabosky is no stranger to ISA’s research community. He is a professor in the Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Natural Resources at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, New Jersey, US), has served as an associate editor of AUF, and has been honored with ISA’s L.C. Chadwick Award for Arboricultural Research. To paraphrase Dr. Watson: he leaves the journal in good hands.
