Bandit Chipper Auction Nets $14,180 for Tree Research
Steve Chisholm of Aspen Tree Expert Co. placed the winning bid on the Bandit 990HD “Intimidator” Chipper offered for auction at the 2010 TCI Expo in Pittsburgh. The chipper auction to benefit the TREE Fund has become an annual event at TCI Expo. Bandit Industries contributed $14,180 to the TREE Fund from the proceeds of the 2010 auction, which also paid off in increased foot traffic at the TREE Fund booth as potential bidders stopped by to follow the auction’s progress.
